When it comes to activating your license key(s), you will need your Sierra Chart account name, this can be found in either the Account Details section of the Sierra Chart User Control Panel, or you can easily find the same information within the Sierra Chart software, as shown below.
1. Run the Sierra Chart software, select the About option from the Help menu
2. Your Sierra Chart Account Name will be displayed in the About Sierra Chart window
